This was for the Comics Should Be Good blog over at CBR.

I had submitted work in hopes to be selected as one of the blog artists, but I didn't really stack up against the great folks that won.

They were willing to let everybody have a shot at the "dream inter-company crossover" theme, so I was anxious to do something for it.

For those who are unfamiliar with the subject matter, this is the Marvel Comics villain, The Red Skull, getting punched by Konami's super soldier, Solid Snake. My favorite part is the Captain America inspired variation on Snake's sneaking suit.

The image itself is meant to be an homage based on the classic Captain America cover where Steve Rogers is knocking out Hitler.

I don't even know if this will qualify, because I later saw that in the first post about this they had specifically said "comic" companies, and I had already finished this by then.
